Wondering what level to enroll in?

Current students, your placement recommendations will be sent home in March 2026.

 

New students, 

Thank you for your interest in Ashley Ballet Arts Academy! To help determine the best placement for your dancer, we offer either a Ballet Evaluation Class or an emailed evaluation.

 Here’s what to expect:

• The evaluation may be made via email, a private session or a trial in a current class, depending on studio availability.

• During the session, our instructors will assess technique, experience, and readiness to recommend the most appropriate class level.

• Our goal is to ensure every dancer feels confident and comfortable in their placement before enrolling.

Cost: $50 for in-person class evaluation or $0 for email recommendation and registration.

Next Step: write to the directors and let us know your dancers age, dance experience, and whether you would like an emailed evaluation or an in-person evaluation. We’ll schedule your evaluation at a time that works best for you.
